All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We ship across Canada and to the contiguous United States. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped (not the date of purchase).

4. Order Tracking

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, a reshipping fee will apply to send it to the corrected address.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions for redelivery or pickup. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery will incur a reshipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. For lost or missing packages (where tracking does not show delivery), please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.
